is an accomplished Business Executive with over 10 years of working experience. As Managing Partner of Hemari Ltd and the Chief Operating Officer for Melden Property Group, she leads strategic growth in Real Estate, Agribusiness trading, Petroleum trading and Logistics across West Africa.
Her core areas of expertise include Strategic Analysis, Business Structuring and Analysis, and Negotiations. In fulfilling the various roles, she has become proficient in:
Market Intelligence, Team Lead & Entrepreneurship, Negotiations, PR & Communication, International Business and Strategic Management.
Over the years, she's had the opportunity to work in industries such as Chemical Distribution and Logistics, Software Development, Financial Services, Oil & Gas and Real Estate.
She serves as Secretary on the board of Ghana Exporters Co-operative Credit Union.

Oluwatobi Queenette Shofowora is a Strategy and Energy Executive with over 12 years of leadership experience spanning Energy, Infrastructure, Trade Strategy, and Corporate Advisory across Africa. She currently serves as Country Manager at a reputable oil and gas company in Ghana, where she leads regional expansion, cross-border gas infrastructure development, and strategic partnerships powering industrial growth across West Africa.
Under her leadership, the organization scaled its gas supply portfolio beyond 100 MMSCFD. It achieved 3x revenue growth within three years, positioning the company as a key player in Africa’s energy commercialisation landscape. Her expertise spans gas-to-power projects, infrastructure monetisation, regulatory alignment, and the translation of policy frameworks into bankable, impact-driven investments aligned with SDG targets.
Oluwatobi is an influential voice in Africa’s energy transition and trade integration conversations. She has spoken at premier platforms, including African Energy Week, the Gas Investment Forum, and the 2026 African Prosperity Dialogues (Oil & Gas Breakfast Session). She is also the 2025 Sustainability Leader of the Year (PAWEN) and was recognised among the Top 100 Women in Leadership (2025).
With a background in International Relations and an MBA, Oluwatobi bridges policy, capital, and execution, advancing sustainable infrastructure as a catalyst for Africa’s economic transformation and global competitiveness.

is a seasoned real estate developer and commodities trader with a diversified business portfolio spanning property development and ethanol trading. He brings strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to identify, structure, and execute high-value opportunities across multiple sectors.
In real estate, he has successfully developed and managed residential and commercial projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from land acquisition and feasibility analysis through to delivery and asset management. His approach is centered on long-term value creation, quality execution, and sustainable returns for investors and stakeholders.
Actively engaged in ethanol trading, facilitating supply between producers and industrial buyers. His responsibilities include sourcing, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and risk management to ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective supply chains. This dual-sector expertise demonstrates strong market insight, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate effectively in both asset-based and trading environments.
Priscilla Asante

is an internationally recognised agribusiness CEO and entrepreneur whose leadership exemplifies how women-led enterprises can shape a more connected, inclusive, and sustainable global future. She is the Founder and CEO of Rosswood Company Limited, a Ghana-based agro-processing and export company advancing sustainable agricultural value chains while creating meaningful economic opportunities for women and youth.
An alumna of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) and an active participant in Denver’s Global Landing Pad initiative, Priscilla leverages international networks to foster trade, mentorship, and knowledge exchange between Africa and the United States. She is widely recognised for championing women-led enterprises in international trade and for demonstrating how entrepreneurship can drive both commercial success and social impact.
